I’m currently working out of the ceramics studio at Pingree School, where I offer private lessons and one-on-one instruction for adult students interested in exploring clay at their own pace.
In 2024, I was fortunate to receive funding to install a Raku kiln at Pingree. Starting in July 2025, I’ll be offering summer and weekend Raku Firing Workshops.

Private Pottery Lesson
Ready to get your hands in clay? Whether you’re brand new or looking to level up your skills, this one-hour private lesson is all about you. We’ll tailor the session to your interests—wheel throwing, handbuilding, or a bit of both—and you’ll get one-on-one guidance in a relaxed, supportive studio environment.
Perfect for beginners, dabblers, or anyone wanting to dive deeper into their ceramic practice.

Raku Workshop
Get ready for fire, smoke, and seriously cool surfaces. This hands-on Raku workshop starts with a one-hour glazing session, then jumps right into an afternoon of active firing. You’ll learn the basics of kiln theory, atmospheric effects, and post-firing techniques—no experience needed.
Workshops are limited to 12 participants. Bring more bisque-fired work than you think you’ll need (cone 08 is ideal). We’ll fire as much as time and space allow—cylindrical forms work best!
We provide all materials, glazes, tools, and safety gear—just come dressed for heat: closed-toe shoes, natural fibers, and long sleeves.
